Primary Duties:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to those listed below. These duties and responsibilities may be modified at any time by Management. Modifications will be in writing and will be acknowledged by both parties.

  • Manage the strategy, planning, setup, measurement, and optimization of paid campaigns across relevant platforms (DSPs, Search, Social)
  • Analyze multiple platform data sets daily to monitor pacing and results while looking for opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Work with Operations team to create and develop client dashboards/reports based on objectives and KPI(s)
  • Develop & effectively communicate insights and recommendations on the paid media campaigns you oversee for client reporting/dashboards
  • Assist Operations team with setup for tracking, measurement, pixels, and ad serving implementation
  • Perform multivariate tests analyzing performance based on ad copy, positioning, targeting, etc.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup and management
  • Effectively and efficiently manage multiple clients across multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Identify/solve problems in a fast-paced environment and communicate solutions to the rest of the team and management
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, available platform beta’s and new opportunities to bring to clients
  • Work with accounting software (Media Ocean / Prisma) to enter and reconcile media spends by platform based off planned dollars on insertion orders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited College or University
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the digital advertising industry
  • Minimum one (1) years’ experience of self-managed paid advertising in one or more of the following platforms Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Digital & Video 360, The Trade Desk, or similar DSP
  • Platform certifications preferred (Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, DV 360 or TTD)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Telecommuting available but limited to no more than 50 / 50 split between in office / work from home
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Able to lift and carry 20 pounds
  • Able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a computer
