  • Provide strategic planning support across all media channels
  • Oversee media strategy, planning, campaign management, data, and insights
  • Create brand building objectives for high profile customers
  • Manage budget, forecasting, and campaign optimization
  • Use creativity and innovation to meet customer needs, objectives, and expectations
  • Offer strategic and tactical guidance on media best practices 
  • Serve as an interactive media expert for customers, team, and Enterprise
  • Evaluate workflow processes on a regular basis using a systematic approach
  • Recommend process and efficiency improvements
  • Train, develop and mentor junior staff members
  • Serve as the liaison for the Creative team


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Google Analytics
  • Proficient with DFA trafficking and reporting
  • Satisfactory background check

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited College or University
  • Minimum five (5) years of digital media planning experience
  • Experience with the travel, recruitment, and education industries a plus


  • Able to lift and carry 20 pounds 
  • Able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a computer
